Co-dependency is like taking the driver’s seat of someone else life instead of remaining as a passenger. As a passenger you can point out safety related matters, but the driver makes the final decision.

What happens if a passenger psychologically decides to take up the role of a driver? The journey is bound to be stressful since they are not in control of the car.

It is also important to remember that as a passenger, you have several options to consider with a view of protecting your life.
